Joe: Well, thanks. I sincerely believe that we will see BETTER news coming that will make those of us who held on through all of this turmoil feel alot better. The product, sales staff, and plan are, evidently, on track. Employees are dedicated to turning company around, working hard, doing the job. Industry needs our product. I know we have heard this all before. Won't be overnight. People with profit will, of course, start to sell. Hopefully, stay the course. Have continued to average down, but not over the past few days. Enough is enough. Maybe I should join the Board...will you guys support me?

Elliot

somebody smarter than me might want to figure this out. what % of ALTS market cap was the metaphase product worth that was sold for $3m.

put it another way. at .50 x 10m shares, the total market cap of the co. is 5m (with 3m in debt). in fact, at the time of the sale, the market was more like 3m just what they paid for that one product line.

ALTS was priced for liquidation but now there is reason to believe they can keep going. if metaphase / RIPS is worth 3m, what is rest of co. worth? also, can anyone explain the difference between metaphase and EB?
