I know tracing an email is easy....that wasn't my question. How valid is it when LUCENT says LUCENT found no evidence that anyone there sent it?

Well, I got an email today from LU that said that any test which established the source of the TLAB/CIEN email as a LU employee had to have been based on falsified data.
