When humans handle matters at Datek, problems can arise, but once you are dealing only with the computer I expect you will be pleased. There's a lot of truth in that statement! Especially the first part. Definitely expect problems when dealing with people at Datek, though there are exceptions. As for trading, you'll find most executions and confirms are very prompt, but there are times (like this morning, even at 10:00) when they are most frustrating. Minutes can go by without your order even showing up as being active. Fortunately, this is the exception, not the rule. Ken
