I understand that they have not received any cash in flow yet for the software. I guess one could say that none have been sold yet if you define the word sold to include receipt of the sales price. Also, at this point I would have to agree with you that one is guessing at the value of Cashco with only estimates and business plan projections to go on. Evidently IDFR thought there was value in Zitec by acquiring them. Also, whoever has been buying IDFR shares lately must think well of the Zitec addition. If Janice is correct, Zitec is selling one product at present-Cashco's software. So the added value being given by recent buyers of IDFR stock must be attributable at least in part to the value they see in the Cashco Y2K product.

Heck, you are right. We just do not know much of anything based on historical facts. It is all future guestimates.

Does anyone know what rules or guidelines the market makers will use to set the initial price of Brooks shares after the spin off? I understand there is something out there and that one of the criteria is number of orders in hand for the litter. Where would one find the guidelines?
