Among the many things in the CC: 1. Thursday night TAVA closed a deal with an electronics/telecom company that is a 10+ year program. 2. Order intake is running at level of Q4. 3. Substantial Q4 bookings are being executed in Q1. 4. Number of "unknown" chips increases at int'l sites (i.e., that generates more revenues), and int'l is 6-12 months behind US. 5. Twenty partners are signed, 100 more are in the offing. 6. Acquisitions are being actively considered with eye to building strengths in areas that TAVA is targeting for future. I think TAVA addressed the future, and addressed the revenue/earnings areas very well indeed.

Michael I agree CC was positive mostly because there were concrete examples of how their Y2K foot-in-the -door was translating in Systems Integration business. I continue to believe the market will undervalue TAVA for another 6 months because institutions are going to wait until they have a better fix on how to value their post 2000 business.As far as any financial results are concerned the key figure to me was the sequential revenue growth of 28% in which most of the growth came in the last 2 months of the quarter. This conference call was 5X more professional than the last. I plan to add significantly to my small current position with the intent of holding long term.
