Sometimes emotions prevail over reason.

Sometimes they lead to even greater understanding.

I suspect some shareholders are putting 3 "NO" votes on their proxies because management has not given InvestorCG the courtesy of a thoughtful written response to his letter.

Simple enough for even the lap dogs to understand.

Hey Davis, I know you like a few challenging questions from time to time, so here goes:

Did someone post on Yahoo that an employee might have made some very hurtful and incorrect comments to several people regarding a well-meaning and concerned shareholder who voiced some disapproval about some of the company's actions?

Did someone else on Yahoo post that the same employee recently gave a press release to a shareholder well before the same press release was disseminated to the general public?

Did someone else on Yahoo post that the same employee led shareholders to believe that some very important company events would occur prior to the shareholders meeting, making shareholders likely to forget their concerns about recent events at the company?

Has there been a noticeable, sudden and dramatic increase in the hype on Yahoo?

Did someone else on Yahoo post that John Mark's latest flurry of "predictions" must either be coming directly or indirectly from the company or someone "close to" the company?

If you answer yes to these questions, then should I conclude that the company is in fact very nervous about the proxy vote?

If you answer yes to these questions, then should I conclude that it is entirely possible that there will be no "pleasant surprise" before the annual meeting?

If you answer yes to these questions, then should I conclude that we are being urged by some to "give management a chance" at the risk of us being very disappointed in a few weeks that we fell for it?

What are the odds? 0%? 50%? 100%?

Please give me some guidance here Davis! I'd really really like to know if any of this is correct or even possible!

So Clinton gets caught, and his response is "let me focus on doing my job" and some of the citizens accept it. The attitude is "OK, any other choice might hurt my 401-k".

So Bymaster gets caught, and his response is "let me focus on doing my job" and some of the shareholders accept it. The attitude is "OK, any other choice might hurt my TCLN stock".

Bymaster steals a page from Bill's big bad book.

See you both in court?

Is TCLN eligible for any funding from NIH for any of its technologies? I heard that NIH sponsors trials all the time. Don't know the requirements for such but would be interested in hearing from those that do know.
Seems like this MIGHT be a way of raising capital or at least defraying some of the cost of trials. I wonder if the FDA looks more favorably towards NIH sponsored trials?
Any thoughts appreciated.

Since many options are able to be exercized up to today, it might be the case that they were bought and sold today. Sold at whatever price to take the quick gain. October 7 involved a lot of options.

Maurice

PS: Davis, you aren't around much? Any comments?

Has anyone heard of any followup regarding the patients in China? Heard a rumor a year or so ago regarding trials for lung cancer--any truth to this?
