Things will get better. I just had a long conversation with Cherryl Mitchel (360-384-2730). She is a straight shooter and answers questions that investors and brokers have about DGIV. Cherryl admits that DGIV may not have been served well by the outside counsel they hired to complete the SEC filings. The firm is very conservative and the delays were due to clarifications over whether documentation on DIVN (a former company Jimmy Chin was associated with) needed to be included in the SEC filings. This matter is being resolved ASAP and she predicted that an email from Jimmy Chin will come out in the next week. Remember that Jimmy Chin still has all of his DGIV shares (over 10 million of them). He (and the entire DGIV team) are motivated to file with the SEC and openly and honestly demonstrate the value of their contracts and business model.

Stand back and think for a minute. Countries like West Germany, Australia, Egypt and the Philapines still need to make long distance calls. DGIV's technology and contracts should provide a method to allow a substantial savings when people make long distance calls from those countries. The future SEC filings will include projections associated with the various contracts that DGIV has already signed.

IMO, it is crazy to sell this stock at this price. Market makers are cleaning up today. The worst case scenario may be that DGIV sells the company to a major telecom firm or a large venture capital firm. The value of DGIV's technology and signed contracts is many times the current stock price. IMO, it could be above the 52 week high. I believe that Jimmy Chin is driven to move through this storm and create substantial shareholder value. He may have received bad legal or Investor Relations advice along the way. Yet, he can overcome that.

DGIV will rise again. Constructive discussions about the company, its technology and its prospects will be useful. Most of us are investors and not traders. Long Term we should come out ahead. It is up to DGIV to rebuild investor confidence and demonstrate the true value of their contracts and their business model.

If investors have questions, please call Cherryl Mitchel at the number I listed above. I am choosing to hold all of my shares and be patient with DGIV. My friends and relatives are still in this stock as well.

Anyone attending the Computer Telephony '98 Conference, please post some insights.

Good Luck with your investment decisions everyone.
