IMO WLL is not going to be big. It combines the huge cost of cellular infrastructure to fixed phone appeal. Its for people in remote areas who, typically, have not much money. Business, yes, big, no.

You are talking about subscriber billing? Believe me there is not a single operator working out there without billing system in place. There are a number of third party suppliers so its not a problem either.
