More shares were issued by June 30, 1998 when the FNET IPO failed to take place. That added many potential shares, too. I haven't added them up, but I believe there are a lot more than 3 mil. Call the CFO and ask him. Or call the company and ask for the phone number to the Stock Transfer Agent. Or, look at your annual report and get teh stock transfer agent's name from their.
