Abbey, Gardy & Squitieri, LLP Announces Securities Suit Filed Against Alcatel SA PR Newswire, Thursday, September 24, 1998 at 10:54 NEW YORK, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The following statement was issued today by the law firm of Abbey, Gardy & Squitieri, LLP: A Class Action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons who acquired Alcatel Alsthom ("Alcatel") securities in connection with Alcatel's acquisition of DSC Communications Inc. A Class Action also has been filed on behalf of all persons who acquired Alcatel securities during the period March 19, 1998 through September 17, 1998 (the "Class Period").
