Sun Tzu, Microsoft Investor sent out a FYI that stated that institutional ownership in TDFX had increased 5% or more in the past month. It now list institutional ownership at 46.5%. Seems like a decent amount for a small cap. What do you think?

What "rules" are you referring to? I like you Sun so don't take this wrong but that statement sounds both cocky and arrogant. Could you elaborate a little?
