The Federal Government is going toward internet contracting. Ft Hood in Texas went online 100% a couple months ago. I think it is the first one totally online. Many of them already do a high percent of their buys through the internet.

I sure as hell hope they paid him in stock. Sort of guarantees he will work his little ass off to make all of us who stick very happy. I noticed two 60,000 sales early this morning. It still amazes me when someone lets go at the bottom especially in volumes large enough to indicate they came in with a purpose.
