HiSpeed: I'm proud to have been a trial lawyer for 30 years. Never did I not serve the best interest of my client. I hear people like you belittle lawyers and most often people such as you have never used the services of an attorney. Isn't it amazing what the Insurance industry can do to give trial lawyers a black eye. The tobacco companies are now conducting similar smear campaigns. It's the trial lawyers fault for large (skyrocket) verdicts. Does the tortfeasor have any responsibility?
