I predicted a small cap run before
a melt down, some of these are up 17, 18, and even 21% since the
4th..the herd has not caught on yet all they do is look at
the stupid indexes
I'v explain the need to track a gang of
small cap funds, to know ahead when the run starts..as the indexes
don't really tell you about small caps till it's damm near to late.
Small cap indexes get clipped at the top, VIA the big "winners"
get took out of the index, while the S&P500 keeps getting winners,
and culling losers..so if you compare the indexes Sml to Lrg,
it's not just the size, it's the way these indexes WORK, this
crap was made up by McGraw Hill, they don't know crap about how
to pick stocks, how do they get away with dictating so much
how an index should work. This is a serious problem in our markets
we got some dumm a*ss bean counters making up indexes every one is
trying to beat..it's like a stupid madness, but it's there.
It tears the heart out of trying to pick value in stocks.
The way this system works the stock can die and go
to heaven before it gets recognized. IF they don't market the
stock and do one pitch after the other it never gets enough
market cap to be a contender.

I say this to let people know no matter how good your small cap
company is or value that's in it, if they don't do a market campaign
for the stock, it can sit there till you go blue in the face.
NOW the danger really comes when you see these small cap funds
run up say 40% and the big ones make say 20%,,,by then
the crapola on CNBC will be hot and heavy and beating
the drums every day on the small caps, a mad rush to the
small caps and you notice the big ones back off a bit,,
then run like hell, as when these fall after a MAD run up is when
the big melt down comes
Look , 4 of then are already up over 17% seems I said that would
happen before people caught on. The die hard bears will still
be beating their drums of doom when some of these things go up 40%,
& it may only take some of them another 4 to 6 weeks to do it.
About the time the die hard bears get bullish, it will be time
to get back out.
