1) Starr did not release anything to the media; he delivered information to Congress, which independently chose to release it.

Talk about "jumping from the frying pan into fire"! If the above exonerates Starr now, it implicates the Republicans in Congress! They had the votes to keep the salacious stuff off the internet. And if they wanted to, they could have easily done it.

So, how many Republicans voted against that? A hundred? Ten? Or zero?! Looks like they can distinguish between "good porn" and "bad porn" -- anything that might get them votes belongs to the former category; everything else belongs to the latter category.
