AMD is going to be BIG.>> You wouldn't happen to work in a white house near Lawrence and Duane in Sunnyvale, would you (i.e. 1 AMD Way)? Not to be overly negative, as you are right--dominant companies fail all the time (look at the stocks that rotated into and out of the DOW over the last several decades) and smaller companies 'win'--but have you looked at the long-term chart on this stock? It was trading at 30 in January 1984, so it's down 33% in the last 14 years. There comes a point where you have to see Jerry is often quite wrong. I'm thinking "short" once the hype subsides. I'd love to see it run up to thirty first, though! Good luck, Steve
