Dennis,

If I held long term I would buy here especially if the Fed cuts rates (Before).

If you like to trade I would set a buy point for Cisco at approximately 15% below it's high. That entry point has worked for 3 or 4 years for the trader. (I used to do that before I bought my long position in Cisco in 93,94.
