I agree.

If he in fact cuts -- we are in very deep stuff. I still am not sure that he will. Others aren't convinced this rally is for real:

Haim, I moved some money in Small Cap Funds over the last couple of weeks testing the water based on TA. Fundamentally I was much too concerned to put a lot of money at risk so I am still sitting on a lot of dry powder.

I really wonder if GS will lower if he sees the mania start again. Hell, I don't know what to do when I see days like today. Fear & Greed. :-)

I can sure understand why. The real thing that bothers me though is that the internals of this market has sure turned positive and has been doing so since the day J. Hopkins called the bottom several weeks ago.

For those that follow the McClellan Summation, it gave a buy sign around 9/11 based on my Moving Averages. Now that is not to say that it won't give a sell sign in the next few days as it did during the period between 10/27/97 and 1/12/98. During that period the McClellan (using my MA's) gave about 3 or 4 buy & sell signs and it is not a short term indicator normally.

Hey, Goldman Sacks may go ahead with their IPO afterall. Then the 1929 senario can start. :-)
