David, Your sophistry is entertaining. Please excuse my hyperbole in calling Starr and company quasi-fascists. The Independent Counsel Statute, however, was not the subject of our debate. Ken Starr's social vision and values were. Your underlying reasoning--that democratic means cannot produce totalitarian ends--simply does not comply with historical facts.
