Herb sold a 65 call today. I need to get it back. Whats the best way to handle this.

I'm not entirely clear what you're asking but will give it a poke. If you sold a call and want it back, it's just the same as if you sold some stock and want it back. Either place a market order and you'll have it in a jiffy, or place an order at a specific price below the current Ask and hope the price drops down to your level.

He just didn't expect the 65 calls to go through so quick.

Not sure what "go through" means, but if he placed a market order it sells just about as quickly as shares.
