I just spoke to Broadvision IR. Company states that the stock was likely responding to an Industry report issued by CFRA in which some negative comments were made about the company. IR indicated that the details would be addressed in the conf call. However, I pressed for some preliminary details and it sounded like the report was making ugly noises about 'deferred revenue recognition'. IR implied that the company has already planned for this revenue recognition policy and thus the fundamentals have NOT changed.

Of course the conference call will certainly granulate all the details. But in the meantime, this sure sounds like a BUYING opportunity. Broadvision is the blue chip company in automating the end user sales cycle. This is going to be an extremely hot niche in the next leg of the e-commerce revolution.
