DD and VS, Are you talking about Series C? Their biggest forte is to take advantage of an uptrend. On any given 20-day period. If we're in a downtrend, just wait 20 days. Or 10. An extra 25% gets kicked in because of the 80% discount and on the average day, one has a 50-50 chance of being above the 20-day moving average. I'd believe they'd have been converted too, but there haven't been any rallies to sell into, except maybe the one from 2 1/4 to 3 5/16. Now that the hoped for rally may begin under $1, they would want to get out and wait for the uptick. Makes sense to me. Above $1, if you decide to convert, do it on an uptrend and sell before the trend turns negative. Below $1, better to get off and pick up the rally when it comes. If they hold on, their sell will be forced eventually. WH

How ironic...The man who was public enemy #1 has proven to be right on! That's you Valuespec. Now you have become the shining light of truth on this thread...a real fount of information. Where are the hordes of your detractors now???? The rats, snakes, elks, and self-proclaimed experts (ie, RB) and others who called you every name in the book are now SILENT in their embarrassment. This company was and is a hoax. I always thought your posts were honest and the people who hysterically flamed you the pompous fools. Unfortunately, although I was right about you being one of THE most valuable posters on this thread, I have been horribly wrong about this stock. I've lost 90% of my investment in FTEL, and am just going to have to wait this thing out over the next year to year and 1/2 (assuming this company continues to even exist) and pray that it rises from the grave.
