Questions to all....

I have jumped in with both feet today because I see little downside risk and lots of upside reward. My only fear is there is more to this story than we know. Is it possible that LU is building a better mouse trap and no one will be interested in Ciena's equipment? I am totally ignorant in this area and am just looking for answers.

Also, why did TLAB give up on the merger? I mean optics is everything and TLAB has to get into optics if it plans to survive so why not offer $25 a share instead of throwing in the towel?

The bottom line for me is I don't see how a company with a bandwidth solution can be priced this low unless there is something we don't know about...give me some answers please.

Thanks,
Doug
