There's another wad called "filegate", and another wad called "Rose Law Firm", and another wad called "travelgate". Let's take these one at a time:

Filegate: A White House staffer witnessed FBI files stacked "to the ceiling" in Vince Foster's office, and witnessed White House employees keying in information from those files into a WH computer database.

Travelgate: The facts are known: The White House, at the behest of HRC, falsely accused Billy Dale of embezzelment, just so the entire WH travel office staff could be dismissed for the purpose of bringing in Bill and Hill's cronies from Arkansas to share in the spoils of the Presidency.

Rose Law Firm: Contrary to Hillary's statements to the contrary, Rose Law Firm documents, including billing records, show that the Rose Law Firm did indeed advise Madison Guarantee Trust, which willfully and fraudulently bilked the American taxpayers out of millions of dollars.

Until Starr shoots those three wads, I'll not presume that Starr is out of ammo.
