Bonnie

Glad to have you aboard. To find out details about Global contact Dennis DeNoble at 801-277-0744. He can fill you in on what you want to know. Also you could tap the web site at www.gpgi.com. Since you have been following the thread for a while I guess you recognize that Global is a very interesting company.

Regards, Ed

To all:

Since Bonnie Fortunato addressed questions directly to me yesterday in regard to the nature of management of GPGI there is an implication that I have special knowledge about the company. This implication is false.

For the record: I am not an employee of nor a spokesman for GPGI. My contract with GPGI for PR work terminated in December 1997 when Jensen did not renew my contract and hired Dennis DeNoble. I am a strong believer in the ultimate viability of the company and I have accumulated a large share position. I do not trade the shares and have been a buyer on the way down.

I have an arrangement with Jensen to provide mail outs of company releases via post cards to the investor list at my cost. Using post cards has provided investor information at very low cost to Global.

As a shareholder I communicate with DeNoble, Neilson and Jensen frequently. I observe developments carefully and have my own opinions about the viability of the fundamentals and the nature of management.

Very truly, Ed
