Qwiksand, I agree with your basic argument to disagree, but, in this
case, SUNW has continued to show positive earnings growth with no
respect in the stock valuation within the last year. Something other
than earnings is having a negative impact on the stock price. Well,
not necessarily negative, but stagnant, a holding pattern. When SUNW
didn't agree to become a reseller of NT, and go their own path, the
market seemed to take a step backward and re-analyze this. Not only
was this company NOT following the giant, they were taking them to
court! We will see how this unfolds, but, in my mind, I think the
stock will play catch-up after this court thing is over and done with,
regardless of earnings. (As long as the earnings and growth rate
remain constant).
