"How do you get a list in and out of TC2000 to excel or notepad"

No way to get a list in, except by typing, AFAIK.

To get a list out, use the Data Export Utility.

- Set Export Fields to Symbol. (and any other fields you want)

- Set Export Files to Single and provide a file name.

- Set Number of days to export to 1.

- Set an appropriate export path.

Someone on the Technifilter thread posted that TC4 support is in development.

Sean:

TFP+ does not currently support TC2000 v4.1 data. Clay Burch of TFP said they were working on a fix, but none yet (he told me in August that they would have a fix soon???)

Sean,
As you said, the demo won't read anything and isn't worth fooling with IMO.
Am planning to pop for the $70 90-day trial when I have some time.
