If the worst is to be believed re: LU/ATT why wouldn't TLAB press on again at even a lower price. I have seen this in other areas. Just before LU took over YURI someone was shorting the heck out of YURI then when the price was right LU bought out YURI for cash. Oddly enough there was no short squeeze ( shorts were 25% of float at the time) and the deal was consumated in record time. I see the hand of LU all over this deal and wouldn't be surprised if they were not interested in tendering for cash. LU is very tough. JFD
