That is certainly possible, but who would have been likely to fill it in that bulk of shares. This was not just a 200K shares bid, filled by 10 or 20 sellers. This was a single block. Makes it less likely, not impossible or anything but certainly less likely.

Or it could be someone who has not shorted but finds value at that price.All kinds of scenarios come to mind but it was still interesting to me.
