Henry, thanks. Your site is a great resource. Seems clear there will be more mergers. Since larger pharmas already sell at prices reflecting, at least in part, some merger premium, it seems logical that biotechs will get more interest.

BTW on interest rates a small St Louis bank, Southwest Bank cut its' prime rate to 8% from 8.5%. This is not a money center bank but for the last 10 to 15 years it has gained wire service and local publicity by being the first bank to cut its rate. I think it has probably been the first about 90% of the times the prime was cut. In addition I can think of only one time they cut their prime when they were wrong and the national prime rate remained at the prior level. Why is this comment on the LGND board? There is/was a reason but I don't remember. If you define is for me, I might remember.
