Shorts: prepare to die.

The company is on tract and the company is comfortable with current estimates. Whoever wrote the CFRA report did not delve into the details of the transactions .FYI-- The infamous 'barter transaction' is actually valued at two to three fold x the $1.3Mil non cash exchange over the life of the contract. In other words, this was a great deal for BVSN . Any company in their right mind would have pounced on such an opportunity. The accounting treatment was thorougly reviewed by KPMG and is considered sound and conservative.

My impression is that the "herd on the street' got very nervous this morning when the company announced a conference call. Ironically, this call was supposed to be low key and discuss some of the misleading comments made in the report, but everybody in the marketplace started to assume a chicken little worst case scenerio--aka the stock price hemorrhage.

I especially liked the end of the conf call when the CEO was asked about the possibility of issuing more press releases . His response was that the company is in the biz to help customer build extranets, not to issue showy press releases...'not a beauty contest'.

As a shareholder you just got to love it because customers = EPS. Way to go BVSN! I'm in for the longhaul....and I know it's going to be fun.
