We have many beloved sports stars and entertainers in this country that would make up the All American Top 500 , that if we took a microscope to their sex lives Bill Clinton's would look tame. What about the basketball player that supposedly slept with 24000 women, you don't see them discussing his sex on the national news and condemning him in congress as unamerican. We discuss his great performances and look up to him for helping kids learn to play basketball. What about the entertainer who has golf tournaments named after him and has been friends with all the Presidents since the 1930's. The Catholic Church recently honored him ( I won't mention names), but weren't there news articles about him keeping women in apartments within walking distance of his home so he could sleep with them while going on walks in the neighborhood? What about Howard Hughes, the same applies to him. Should we investigate all these famous heros of America that we love so much and create a magazine talk show hosted by a guy wearing an itchy sack cloth, that exposes the most gritty details of their sexual escapes. We could probably get an independant council court order to make them sit on TV while they are grilled for more explict details with threats of incarcerating their mother and family members. The FBI crime lab would provide an excellent way to prevent them from worming their way out of telling us the embarrassing incriminating details of kinky sex. Heck they may have just touched the tip of the iceberg, we better open this investigation further.

I understand what you are saying Wallstreeter. Bill Clinton is the first president from the baby boom generation, and in the future we will probably see a lot more people from this generation that have brilliance and ability walking hand in hand with personal imperfection (from an archconservatives standpoint) that will do a great job as President leading this country. If the private sector trapped people in a fish bowl and hyper-investigated their sex lives to find fault and fire them, we would have an intolerable third world economy. Thats why we have seperation of church and state, so that doesn't happen, like under the Ayattolah in Iran.

wallstreeter - how dismal and depressing. "Wait a minute i dont see what the president has done that most people in our society havent done."

Good Lord, how far we have fallen when we start to think everything is ok because everybody does it.

This mantra of "everybody does it" is sickeningly ludicrous. Let's all try getting away with it because everybody does it. Let's see how far down a society can stoop to lower the lowest common denominator even further.

No, wallstreeter, it isn't really that bad out there - and that probably won't work as a defense. It hasn't before, at least.

Shame on you for helping to spread the disease by repeating it.

Mr. K.

havent done.

Maybe I run in the wrong circles, but personally I don't know ANYBODY who has had an employee give them blow jobs in the office, and especially not while they on the telephone to business colleagues. I don't know ANYBODY who has lied to a grand jury. I don't know ANYBODY who has called their office Secretary in on a Saturday after her brother (? - some close relative, I know) had died in order to let their paramour into the office. I don't know ANYBODY who has given the same book as a special present to both their wife and their mistress.
Maybe it's just me, but I happen to think you have a somewhat distorted picture of what most people in our Society have done.
