from what i have heard... sec is investigating per the request of colin from JAWS about stock bashers on yahoo thread and also possible illegal shorting activity.... what SA did by revealing an sec investigation when the sec did not reveal it themselves and going beyond this and saying what excactly they were investigating.... is it legal to reveal an sec investigation? i believe SEC investigation will reveal a possible, even probable illegal short... nutstoo and kennedy filed 13d forms with sec, i think, and their shares add up to 2.8 mil plus 700,000 = 3.5 million which is over the float in a company that is not supposed to be legally shorted... dont u think that the sec will believe there is an illegal short.... samir
