saju, two cases are by no means proof of anything. IDID doesn't count, because you can't squeeze blood from a stone. I recall seeing 'Chainsaw Al' Dunlap on CNBC pounding the table for SOC when it was near 50, and literally days before it crashed. How would you reign in hype like that if the current system were changed? Yes, what he did is unusual, but I'll put forth the proposition that the benefits for potential shareholders are the thing you don't see happening. They don't happen because of the lawsuits that have happened in the past. Barb
