For those pining their hopes on AG interest rate reduction I would suggest to watch closely the current meeting of the oil producers and oil companies.

Aslo the price of oil is moving up

AG may lower interest rates, and then the market will start worry about inflation again.

My take from 1987, is that AG would like to keep his powder dry and around DJIA 6000 to 6500, to drasticly lower rates to the 4%-4.5% range

Furthermore similarities to 1929 start to be obvious as to the market movements.

I am aware that long term investing for this crowd is several days, (for me over a month is eternity) but it is worth evaluating history.
