Wery good Grant, thats looking good 2 years at $0,46 ?????? ............................................... 1.25m special warrant private placement Sideware Systems Inc SYD Shares issued 25,915,959 Sep 23 close $0.45 Wed 23 Sept 98 News Release Mr. Grant Sutherland reports The company has arranged a non-brokered private placement for the issuance of 1,250,000 special warrants at 40 cents. Each special warrant is convertible into one unit comprising one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share for two years at 40 cents in the first year and at 46 cents in the second. The company will use its best efforts to file an AIF with the BCSC by Oct. 31, 1998, which will allow the company to issue shares and warrants, upon conversion of the special warrants, with a four month hold period. Investors will receive a 10 per cent bonus if the AIF is not approved by Nov. 30, 1998. Proceeds of $500,000 will be used for general working capital.
