Major Legal Action Looms. Sometime today either the SEC will announce something big on IBUY. Possibilities include: 1) Consent decree between IBUY/WALD/W(ED)B and the SEC. 2) Criminal investigation by the US Attorney's Office (LA branch) 3) SEC enforcement action & referral to the Judicial Branch by the SEC. Aracne, Beatcha again!: "SEC alleges Microcap Stock Fraud in 13 lawsuits across the US. The SEC charged 41 defendants, including Shopping.com and International Automated Systems, Inc. with securities fraud in 13 civil suits filed across the nation." Waldron, IBUY's underwriter was also named. Is W(ED)Bush also involved? Time will tell. ED we're still waiting, where the eff is all the above market buy-in($39-26=$13/share) + the amount you defrauded us by buying us is so that we were not short from $26 to $1. (in other words ED, where the eff is our $38 per share?) You better settle this crap VERY SOON, cause there is more info to come and you may not have any of that capital left if you keep trying to play tough. You lost, now fork it over!
