1998--Over 100 Wall Street telecom analysts
and telecom industry professionals will converge
on the Helmsley Hotel in New York City during
September 29-30 next week to attend the China Telecom 2000 conference
organized by the Information Gatekeepers Inc.

Mr. Qian Zongjue, principal senior engineer of China's Ministry of
Information Industry and the former Chief Engineer of the Science and
Technology Department of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications
will deliver a keynote address at the conference.

Mr. Qian will discuss the current telecom network development in China, its
