Intrinsix Co-Sponsors DesignTech 98 Conference; DesignTech 98 is September 28 through 30th in Marlboro, Massachusetts

MARLBORO, MASS. (Sept. 23) BUSINESS WIRE -Sept. 23, 1998--Intrinsix Corp.
(Westboro, MA), an ASIC and systems design services company, today
announced that the Company is a co-sponsor of the DesignTech 98
Conference and Exhibition, September 28 through 30th in Marlboro, MA,
at the Royal Plaza Hotel and Trade Center.

DesignTech targets electronic design engineers, and offers them a
forum, in the New England region, which provides exposure to
international speakers and global ASIC and EDA companies, who are
addressing leading edge design needs.

Jim Gobes, president of Intrinsix, noted, "We have established
ourselves as a company willing to put our resources within the reach of
all our customers and prospects in the U.S. We believe our investment
in making the first DesignTech successful will lead to significant
change and growth for the entire EDA industry. We also believe that
information and education, as represented in the content of DesignTech,
are catalysts to the acceptance and eventual adaptation of new
products, services and methodologies that speed products to market."

Gobes added, "For engineers building electronic products, information
is available in many forms. However depth and personalization of that
information is lacking. So, in our view it is critical for suppliers to
establish a direct and local connection with the engineering community
at events such as DesignTech." Intrinsix at DesignTech:
