Noticed that Soros filed another Form 13D re: his SEPR position with the SEC on 9/4. Does anyone know what the jist of this filing was? IE, did he & his affiliates go up or down, and by how many shares.

As long as Gorgeous George is hanging in there this kid's gonna too!

Stock splitting always seems a diversion to me. Until the cost of a single share is a substantial fraction of the value of the trade anyone is likely to make, who cares? If you only want to exchange $120, then it matters whether the shares are $80 or $40, but most of us trade in larger quantities of shares.

With respect to a Life Science Fund. Take a look at H& Q Life (HQL). It's down 50% and trading at a discount of 24%.
