THIS POST IS FROM "irhelper" ON YAHOO . . . POSTED AT HIS REQUEST - BY D.MACK (aka "Webby") Dear Techniclone Shareholders; I have received an unbelievable amount of phone and E-mail inquiries regarding proposition #2 of the proxy. Just about all asked that I please reply to or at least give my feeling as to whether it would be better to vote yes or no. I promised I would post; however, I have some pressing maters that I must attended to at this time. I will promise to post before the week is out. In the mean time I will say the following. First My Disclaimer: I DO NOT solicit anyone's vote, nor do I recommend anyone to buy or sell and/or vote their proxy yes or no. These are things each and every shareholder should and must do based on their own DD. I personally have spent many hours, days, weeks, months and years (15), doing my own DD. Verbal statements made by management have very little meaning, it's their actions that have meaning. At this time I will say, I do not agree with David (s/b Davis -ed) Marshal and only wish I could. My DD does not add up to his. However, I will say we both have a strong desire for Techniclone to succeed, but we are traveling on different roads. Mine might appear to be a ruff dirt road, and a little scary at times, which will within a reasonable time become a beautiful modern 6-lane supper highway. Dave's road may appear to be smooth and safe. However, I feel he may find a sharp sudden turn down the road leading to a dead end. Something Dave and I have both experienced over the past years, as we have been traveling down his road. "Dead Ends". I have now decided to make a right turn and will travel down what may appear to be a ruff road to that 6-lane supper highway. What I will say at this time; NO ONE HAS TO RUSH TO VOTE, EITHER YES OR NO, AT THIS TIME. Your vote will count as long as it is post marked prior to the annual meeting. If that sounds scary just hold off one more week. For those who might have an interest in hearing my personal thoughts about voting "No", on proposition # 2, I promise to post a short sequel to my post of Sept/21st numbers 12045 through 12053 before the end of this week. In the mean time if you would like, you may want to re-read them at this time. Dave, I have your phone number, which you gave me when we met in NY, however I am unable to find it at this time. I would like to speak with you, if it's agreeable with you. If you wish you may want to call a mutual friend Cynthia and ask her for my number. Tell her I said okay.
