Thanks, Norm. You raise some good points about MIQ's 20% interest in Dark Star. It could be that the other company identified by Bob Tate has the remaining 80%. Would anyone else happen to know who owns the other 80% of Dark Star?

You make a good point and, if I may, I'll take it one step further...

I believe the issue could be addressed as follows:

a) Could this information as presented by a company conceivably "influence" an investor's decision to purchase company stock...??

b) If so, then it should be that company's responsibility to both ensure and maintain the accuracy of that information...

c) Thereafter, it should be incumbent upon the regulatory body to conduct an investigation regarding the validity of any such information should any significant discrepancies be brought to their attention...
