Dougjn and Jallen - gentlemen, might I pound the gavel? This is getting better all the time! We have here the opportunity to engage two obviously educated legal minds in a less than rabid review of the complex legal issues at hand. Let us not waste it. I submit that we take a deep breath, hold forth against the political diatribe and try to make this more understandable to the masses of us that are, after all, business savvy but not all barrister-tested investors. Please elucidate you are both way ahead of most of us in terms of legal technical relevance, which is, IMO, where this is going to play out. Keeping in mind you have a fairly well educated, probably conservative, interested, and perhaps willing to look at the process audience. I remain, educated in the field but not certified to put Esq. after my moniker, Mr. K.
