aya, thanks a lot for your report. I have mixed feelings about what you reported. On the positive side, it is good to see that they had a booth and a rep there, because I was under the impression that they were sharing a single booth with NMSS and would not have anyone there except for the demo.

On the negative side, the situation as described by Bob did not sound very promising at all for what Digitcom had at one time going in Russia and Indonesia. I wonder if the SB10 delay was partly caused by their having to reorient their plan from these countries to Egypt and Germany, plus the network extensions from there. In either case, this is a definite delay, which I think a lot of us had guessed might be the case anyway. Also, I wonder if they are still planning the demo they were going to do to Europe. It is disappointing that he did not mention it, but did you ask specifically?

I heard that Bob is a new employee that used to work for Jimmy several years back, and so he might not be up to speed on everything, especially their contracts, SB10, etc. I think he is a tech guy, which is the kind of person you need at an expo like this. The people going through these booths don;t usually get into financials or anything other than the technology, so it could be your questions caught him off guard.

Not trying to spin this either way, just giving my impressions. Your experience sounds pretty much what I expected, except for the question about a demo.
