William, even you can look at Yahoo's last quarterly report and see that they made several million dollars in interest income on their IPO warchest, while only managing a roughly 300,000 dollar profit.

A half point drop in interest rates could very well put Yahoo back into the red, assuming their "investments" are conservative. Wait, that's not an assumption its a fact. You think Yahoo would invest ALL THEIR CASH in anything other than a guaranteed return vehicle? Somehow I doubt they are buying KTEL shares. :)
