At least YHOO didn't go out and borrow their cash, but
a low single digit ROE kind of bites, doesn't it?

I rather see them borrow it than issue more stock. As long as Amzn's growth rate is higher than the rate on those bonds it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

As we all know, Morgan Stanley is the 'Things' investment banker.
I believe they'd have Bezos in something more aggressive. After all, don't you think Bezos is aggressive?
You can't be a former hedge fund broker and not be.
