Time for a reality check here. The following is from Mr. DeNobles' post dated Sept 18/98:

"It is now incumbent upon Global to submit a plan to the Department that will demonstrate what will likely be a "closed system" that will not allow any discharge of water used in the milling and leaching operations of the Company; rather the same will stored in tanks and recycled."

You don't see a need for Global to use a "closed loop system"?

Maxam has built a deep pond fed by a 500 ft well on site over two years ago, actually two of them and one is concrete lined. Normal mining allows non closed systerms, MGAUs first mine had a pond, in the open.
