Morning Ron.... From what I was able to understand regarding the 144. Is that 144's may be restricted for up to a year. But that does not necessarily mean these will be. That would be the worse case scenario. If all the shares are restricted, it certainly would leave them high and dry for a while. So, I would hope they will not be for up to that time. And yes, proper paperwork must be done, etc. before they become non-restricted. I would hope not, but at this moment in time, I cannot foretell what the future will bring in the way of being free traded shares.
