I watch the pace of the trades going through. If I see heavy hitting of the bids, I'll bail immediately. If I see equal hitting of the bids and asks such the price stays stagnant, I'll wait and watch--if it stays stagnant for 15 minutes--I'll sell. If I see lots of hitting of the ask, I'll hold on and wait and see how high it will go and when the momentum slows--then I'll sell.
