Narayanan on a world tour Narayanan with Burma-born wife went to Turkey, Luxembourg etc. Turkey more supportive of brother nation Pakistan, accorded welcome fit for a president. It is just a show of good will. India wants Turkey's support for UN permanent seat. The Turks want cooperation in conventional nuclear energy and defence production. Luxumbourg supports India for a permanent seat in UNSC. India proposed that Luxembourg becomes the gateway for Indian software bound to European countries. JPR
